Spring Equinox Yin Yoga and Sound Bath with Hannah and Yvonne

Welcome the energy of spring with an evening of sound and renewal. As the Earth finds balance, take time to pause, reset, and soak in the slow-land with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and soothing sounds. Our upcoming sound bath will help you release the weight of winter and align with the light and vitality of the season.

On March 21st, we recognize the start of a season of growth and potential. As days grow longer and the sun grows stronger, a slower practice may be particularly healing. Join Yvonne and Hannah for a slow, seasonal Yin Yoga practice and Sound Healing ritual. We will move in alignment with the wood energy dominant at this time of year, welcoming the unforced unfolding of spring and blossoming after a long Winter.
Experience the restorative power of communal movement, music, and meditation. In this two-hour workshop, we will share shamatic & yogic techniques to clear, balance and restore our energies and support a deep state of meditation and relaxation.
Come heal, immerse in the harmonies of ethereal instruments including the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Didgeridoos. May you be supported and held in our sacred and safe space.

Hannah Williams

I am a trauma-informed and trained yoga educator (200HR RYT) inspired by the power of communal movement and mindfulness. My platform, Activated Yoga: Home for the Political Yogi, seeks to redefine the modern yoga industry as a path toward unity, liberation and interconnection, working specifically in youth advocacy and mental health. Guided by the classical knowledge of Chinese traditional medicine, the Yin method is a practice of honoring and caring for our most authentic selves. In doing so, we expand our capacity to respond to the world with compassion and integrity.
