Spring Equinox Sunrise Beach Yoga & Sea Dip

Celebrate the arrival of spring with a refreshing beach yoga session followed by an optional rejuvenating sea dip. Join us in person for some good vibes, gentle stretches, and a splash in the ocean to welcome longer days and new energy. Perfect for all levels—just bring your mat and a smile! 🌊🧘‍♀️

Sea dipping is at your own risk. Please remember to wear loose layers of cosy clothing. Bring a yoga mat, large towel or poncho, maybe a hot drink for afterwards.

Suggested max time in the water 1 minute for new swimmers.

We meet at Groyne 2, near the Espy pub at the bottom of Bath St. Ideally walk or cycle. You can find free parking at nearby Tumbles if you neede to bring the car. Please be mindful of the residents and respectfulf the area (take any rubbish home with you)
