About this Event
Join us for an immersive sound experience weaving gongs, bowls, drum, chimes, and more into layered tones that gently support release and balance, while inviting inthe energy of Spring. It’s a time to pause, soften, and reconnect with a steady sense of self.
Led by Teresa of Alchemy Hillyard.
What to Expect
- Candlelit space with soft, grounding tones to calm the senses
- A brief opening meditation to orient the body, followed by an extended sound immersion
- A spacious, unhurried flow of bowls, gong, drum, and chimes designed for release and rebalance
- Time afterward to re-orient slowly — journal, stretch, or rest quietly
What’s Provided
Alchemy provides yoga mats, blankets, pillows, cushions, and bolsters so you can fully relax into the experience.
You’re welcome to bring anything additional that supports your comfort — a favorite blanket, eye cover, journal, or small grounding object.
