Welcome spring with an evening of deep rest, reset, and warm community at our Spring Equinox Sound Bath + Sauna.We’ll begin with a 1-hour guided sound bath led by Laurel Ziemienski of Ananda Healing Arts. Laurel will gently guide you into a meditative, “drop-in” state—no experience needed—where you can let your mind quiet down and your nervous system soften. This session blends her beloved sound bath style with an added layer of energetic healing, inviting you to release stress, outdated stories, and stuck patterns and return to a grounded, aligned feeling.
As you relax, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of drums, chimes, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, handpans, and more—a full-body listening experience that many people describe as calming, clearing, and deeply restorative.
After the sound bath, you’ll transition into two hours of sauna time, rotating in and out of the heat at your own pace. Sweat, cool off, rehydrate, and settle into that post-session glow.

About the Instructor - Laurel Ziemienski
Integrative Mind-Body & Energetic Practitioner | Founder, Ananda Healing Arts
Laurel Ziemienski is an integrative practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom, release what no longer serves them, and return to a grounded, peaceful presence. Her intuitive path began early in life and has grown into a deep commitment to supporting others on their own journeys of healing and self-realization.
An empath and daily meditator, Laurel draws from a wide range of trainings including Pre-Quantum Accelerated Transformation, sound healing, energy and shamanic work, cacao facilitation, meditation, and holistic nutrition. Her work also includes ongoing study of plants as medicine, offering clients a deeper understanding of how what we put in our bodies can impact us on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
Over the past year, Laurel has focused extensively on an innovative modality called Pre-Quantum Accelerated Transformation, which helps bring awareness to outdated patterns and energetic imprints—creating space for clarity, alignment, and a fuller embodiment of the authentic self.
Laurel is the owner of Ananda Healing Arts. She sees private clients at her studio in Milwaukee and also facilitates group sound baths, retreats (local and international), and community events throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
