About this Event
Welcome to Bootcamp & Brews! Join us on Sat March 26 , 2026 at 11:00am for a fun-filled day of fitness, beer, music, and community. This event will be held at Lion's Tail Brewery- 8520 W North Ave, Wauwatosa, WI 53226.
Our bootcamp workout will be led by an experienced personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Trained X Laura, who will guide you through a challenging yet rewarding workout. Afterward, enjoy a refreshing beer with fellow participants and relax in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. There are also hard seltzer and non-alcoholic options to choose from as well. Please bring your own mat to the workout.
