About this Event
In this workshop, you will lay back and relax in a comfortable position, free from distractions and absorb the vibrational journey in a healing bath of sounds from chakra crystal bowls and chimes. Come experience this scientifically proven method to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, release blocked emotions and increase physical and mental well-being. You will leave with a sense of calm and heightened clarity.
Bolsters, yoga mats, blocks and eye masks are provided at the Wauwatosa WAC Lotus Studio. *optional to bring a blanket and pillow.
