About this Event
Welcome the Spring Equinox with a restorative, full‑body sound experience designed to reset and renew. As the season shifts, settle into an immersive journey where chimes, rain sticks, singing bowls, and gongs create a calming, textural soundscape.
Hosted by Erica Nguyễn from the Sound Healing Project, this guided blend of meditation and vibrational sound helps you realign with nature’s rhythm, release winter’s heaviness, and emerge feeling grounded, open, and refreshed for the season ahead.
