Spring Equinox Sound Bath + Meditation - A Vibrational Journey into Renewal Release the old. Receive the light. Restore your inner harmony.Celebrate the turning of the season with an immersive 75-min sound healing experience designed to gently awaken your senses and nourish your entire being. As we transition from winter’s stillness into spring’s radiant light, this gathering offers space to release stagnation and plant seeds of balance, clarity, and new growth. Led by yoga instructor, violinist, certified sound healer, and Reiki Master Glenda Masters, this session weaves together guided meditation, breathwork, Reiki energy, and immersive vibrational sound. We begin with gentle breathwork and intention-setting meditation, grounding into the present moment and aligning with the fresh energy of the Spring Equinox. From there, you’ll be invited to fully surrender as Reiki-infused sound vibrations wash over you.
Crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, violin, and other therapeutic instruments are intuitively layered into a harmonious soundscape. These healing frequencies resonate with the body’s energy centers and meridians, helping to:
Calm and regulate the nervous system
Release energetic and emotional blockages
Reduce stress and tension
Support deep rest and rejuvenation
Cultivate clarity and inner peace
