Through intentional sound, vibration, and presence, this experience invites you to release the heaviness of winter and align with what is ready to emerge within you.
Guided by frequency-enhanced music, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rhythmic drum, and the human voice, you’ll be supported in grounding your intentions, awakening clarity, and opening to renewal - mind, body, and spirit.
