We’ll begin the evening with a one-hour sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to guide us into deep relaxation as the desert transitions from sunset into night.
Afterward, we’ll share a short cacao ceremony, a warm and heart-opening tradition that invites reflection and intention setting for the new season.
We will then look up together to explore the beautiful desert night sky, learning about stars and constellations visible above Joshua Tree while hearing stories and myths connected to the Spring Equinox.
