This experience will also include Sacred Plant Education with Akoni, offering insight into the traditions and respectful relationship with plant medicines in ceremonial settings.

Akoni is a student of Ayurvedic medicine, meditation practitioner, and sound healer who facilitates experiences that support relaxation, presence, and deeper connection to self and nature.

Preparation Guidelines
To support the experience, participants are encouraged to:
• Eat light meals the day before and the day of the ceremony
• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand
