Spring Cleaning is a free, one-day art market where local fine visual artists sell original work straight from their studios — paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture, ceramics, photography, collage, art jewelry, and more. No admission, no pressure, just great art and good company.
Now in its fourth year, Spring Cleaning comes to Philadelphia for the first time. Browse original work by artists who live and work in your city so you know you are supporting local while finding something human-made that you'll love. Stay tuned for the artist line-up!
Enjoy Love City Brewing's unique beers on tap while browsing the art and connecting with friends, old and new.
Hungry? VIVA Pizza food truck will be set up outside — grab a slice and stay a while.

Spring Cleaning is presented by LOAM, a new arts consulting and representation practice founded by artist coach and curator Amy Lokoff, in partnership with Love City Brewing. LOAM supports visual artists in telling their stories and building the connections that help their careers flourish. LOAM will officially launch in June 2026.
