About this Event
Join us at Creative Bloc for our Spring Clay Club - handbuilding ceramic lessons🎨 Let's get messy and creative!
The lessons are 1hr long and will explore various handbuilding techniques. Lots of inspiring samples will be provided to spark imaginations and everyone will be encouraged and supported to design their own unique pots.
This is perfect for kids aged 10-15yrs* to express their creativity through clay. No previous experience is required and all materials and firing costs are included.
After the class the pottery will be left in the studio to dry before being fired and glazed by studio technicians, making them durable and safe for food & drink. You can expect pottery to be ready for collection approx 3 weeks after the class.
*Our recommended age is just a guide and if you think your child would be comfortable in this group, they are very welcome.
This is a drop-off class but parents are welcome to have a cuppa in the front room during the lesson if they would like to stay.
