Get ready to dive into the art of fresh Italian pasta with Belinda in this fun, hands-on cooking experience designed for youth ages 10–17. Participants will learn how to roll, cut, and shape their own tagliatelle or pappardelle completely from scratch.This class is designed for pairs of two. Don’t have a partner? No worries. We’ll pair participants with another guest so everyone can enjoy the full experience.
Once the pasta is crafted, each participant will customize their plate with their choice of:
Pomodoro sauce
Classic meatballs
The class also includes dessert, creating a complete and delicious homemade Italian meal.
Come hungry, expect to get a little flour on your hands, and enjoy a memorable cooking experience at The Emerson.

Age Group: Youth ages 10–17
Parent Requirement: One parent or legal guardian must remain on-site for the entirety of the class
Duration: About 2 hours
Included: All ingredients, equipment, tools, and emailed recipes
Class Size: 8–12 participants
Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early; parking available nearby
Attire: Comfortable clothing and shoes you don’t mind getting a little messy
Photography: Encouraged. We’ll also be taking photos during class
Cancellation: Reschedule up to 48 hours before class
