About this Event
Doors open at 6:00 pm — arrive, settle in, and shake off the day.
At 6:15 pm, we’ll begin with a gentle yet enlivening yoga flow designed to awaken the body, build warmth, and invite easeful movement. The practice will be accessible, with options and modifications so everyone can move in a way that feels supportive and energising.
We’ll then transition into guided reflective writing, exploring themes of awakening, renewal, and feeling alive as the season shifts. Expect curiosity, creativity, and space to connect inward.
We’ll close the evening around 8:00 pm, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.
