The theme is ‘Taking Up Space’, an intimate and empowering women’s circle focused on voice, boundaries, and confidence in real life.
This evening is for you if you:
- Hold back what you really want to say
- Over-explain or make yourself smaller
- Feel confident inside, but struggle to express it out loud
- Are ready to show up more fully without guilt
Through guided reflection, simple embodiment exercises, and open conversations, we’ll explore what it means to take up space in a way that feels natural, grounded, and true to you.
No performance. No pressure. Just honest connection, clarity, and practice.
Expect a warm, supportive atmosphere where you can:
- Reconnect with your voice
- Practice setting boundaries without over-explaining
- Feel more confident expressing your needs
- Leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more grounded
