☯️ A short ‘Yang’ (active) sequence of gentle movements/ postures icluding Qi Gong movements
☯️ A longer ‘Yin’ (passive) practice where we hold the poses for a longer duration in stillness
☯️ Guided breath work (pranayama) appropriate for the time of year
☯️ A guided lying meditation - Yoga Nidra. The aim of a Yoga Nidra is to bring the body into a deep state of blissful relaxation.
☯️ Introduction to how the Five Element Theory for that season works
☯️ Explanation of which particular organ pairs we nourish at this time of year
☯️ Practical ways in which we can support our bodies and minds during this season
