Guests will sample the full lineup of new creations before trading in their completed voting card for a full cocktail of their choice from the new menu.
The evening will be accompanied by a live jazz ensemble, setting the tone for the occasion, alongside a selection of thoughtfully prepared finger foods designed to enhance the tasting experience.
