Join us for an evening of deep restoration and energetic recalibration through the powerful fusion of acupuncture and sound healing.
Designed to support your nervous system and bring your body into a state of balance, this immersive experience is an invitation to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Guided by Jasmine St Cliere and Sophie Webb, this session blends the ancient healing practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the vibrational medicine of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments.
What to Expect:
- Two gentle acupuncture points to release stress and support energetic flow
- Breathwork and guided intention-setting to ground and centre
- A deeply immersive sound bath to soothe the mind and restore inner harmony
- A nurturing space to pause, reflect, and regulate your system
