In our Album Flow classes we’ll listen to a full album, played start to finish, just as the artist intended.

Using the music to deepen our practice, we‘ll connect breath and body to the beat and let the sound guide our movement.

On May 18, we’ll flow to GRiZ’s Chasing the Golden Hour. This album reminds us there’s no time like the present and invites us into joy, gratitude, and golden-hour energy.

We’ll begin by exploring the music and the artist’s story before moving through a 60 minute all-level vinyasa flow inspired by the rhythm of the album.
