Learn how to take a whole chicken from raw to roasted perfection in this hands-on class. You’ll master the spatchcock technique for even cooking, explore seasoning and basting methods, and finish with a juicy, golden bird ready to serve over veggies. Each table will have one chicken to eat with the class or take home!

Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients.
