THE EVENING
The Lounge at Reid's Distillery in Leslieville. A guest list of professional Toronto singles who are done with the apps, done with the confusion, and ready to be somewhere that was built genuinely and carefully for them.
HUMRĀ events are not bar nights with a matchmaking label. Every element of this evening has been designed with one question in mind: what does it actually take for two people to feel something real? The answer, in our experience, is never more options. It's the right room, the right conditions, and a little willingness to show up.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Once you purchase your ticket, you'll receive a short compatibility questionnaire. It takes about 10 minutes.
In the days leading up to the event, you'll receive an email letting you know if you have one, two, or three top compatibility matches. Names will be revealed at the event.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Six curated compatibility stations including guided cocktail-making, light snacks, and an evening designed around one thing: letting real chemistry surface on its own terms. Think six mini dates.
And at a set point during the evening, every guest discovers their compatibility matches. The format is part of the experience, you'll find out when you're there.

THE STATIONS
Guided Cocktail-Making: Hosted by the resident expert mixologists. Build something from scratch, side by side.
Paint by Prompt: One prompt. Your interpretation.
LEGO Botanicals: A slow, considered build. Roses, petal by petal. No competition. Just presence.
Ceramic Pot Painting: Something to take home: a hand-painted pot and a packet of flower seeds for planting later.
Jenga Q&A: The questions are already on the blocks.
Conversation Cards: 240 prompts across five categories: things you'd never think to ask, things you assumed you already knew, and a few that will catch you off guard.
HOW THE EVENING FLOWS
7:15 PM → Arrival Doors open. The music is already on. You don't have to do anything yet except arrive.
7:30 PM → Doors close. The evening begins. Out of respect for every guest in the room, we close the doors and begin on time—no exceptions. The opening activity sets the tone for everything that follows, and we want you in it from the start. Please plan to arrive by 7:15 PM.
7:30 PM → The Icebreaker A lighthearted opening activity to get you moving, get you talking, and get you out of your head. By the time it's over, you'll already have someone to explore the rest of the evening with.
Throughout the evening → Six compatibility stations including guided cocktail-making - think of these as mini date stations. Light snacks. Conversation that actually goes somewhere.
The match reveal → At a set point during the evening, every guest discovers their compatibility matches. The format is part of the experience, you'll find out when you're there.
10:00 PM The evening ends. What happens after is up to you.

Our last event sold out in 7 days and 95% of guests had a compatible match in the room that night. We don't say that to impress you. We say it so you understand what kind of evening this is.
DRESS CODE
Come dressed for the evening you want to have—elevated, considered, the outfit you save for somewhere worth going. Smart casual at minimum. The room will match your energy.
GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in opens at 7:15 PM. Doors close at 7:30 PM sharp—the opening activity begins immediately and late entry is not available. Please plan accordingly.

A charcuterie box is available as an add-on at checkout.
The 35–45 age range is a guideline. Everyone is welcome.
Tickets are non-refundable.
