Join us for a powerful series of Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy to ignite your inner resilience and spark a journey towards healing.Spark All Wellness offers trauma-informed yoga therapy groups led by certified mental health clinicians and yoga instructors certified through Transcending Sexual Trauma Through Yoga. Our yoga therapy group is dedicated to help individuals explore and deepen their connection to their bodies in a safe and non-judgmental space. In our groups, participants will engage in meditation, breathwork, yoga, and other activities to help them reconnect to themselves and feel empowered, and resilient.
