About this Event
South Fulton Safe Summer Kickoff
Hosted by Make Justice Healing x Ocasio Feliciano Foundation for Safer Futures, in partnership with the Office of Mayor Gumbs
Join us in honor of Gun Violence Awareness Month for a family-friendly, community-centered public safety event focused on education, preparedness, and youth protection.
The South Fulton Safe Summer Kickoff was created to help families and residents enter the summer season informed, supported, and better prepared. Through practical education, life-saving response strategies, and community connection, this event will provide valuable tools to help protect our youth and strengthen community awareness.
Guests will experience a featured conversation on Protecting Our Youth This Summer, breakout sessions on gun safety and responsible storage and first aid/life-saving response training, mental wellness support, and access to local organizations and resources dedicated to safer, healthier communities.
Whether you are a parent, youth advocate, community member, or concerned resident, this event is an opportunity to learn, connect, and take part in a shared mission to protect our youth this summer.
Lunch will be provided.
