Take your sourdough skills to the next level in this hands‑on workshop focusing on three delicious classics — focaccia, ciabatta and pizza.
Designed for those who have already begun their sourdough journey (but open to anyone keen to give slow‑fermented, gut‑friendly doughs a go), this session explores shaping, fermenting and baking beyond the basic loaf.
You’ll learn how to work with high‑hydration doughs, understand flour blends and hydration levels, troubleshoot when dough doesn’t behave as expected, and gain confidence baking sourdough breads at home using a domestic oven.
