Build confidence to act in an emergency at this hands‑on, supportive community workshop focused on using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Many people hesitate to use a defibrillator because they’re unsure how it works or worry about making a mistake. This session is designed to remove fear and uncertainty, showing just how simple and safe AEDs are to use.
During the workshop you will:
✅ Learn how AEDs work and when to use them
✅ See clear, step‑by‑step demonstrations
✅ Practise in a safe, relaxed environment
✅ Gain confidence to respond calmly and quickly
AEDs are made for everyday people — not medical professionals. With the right knowledge, anyone can save a life. This session is about awareness, empowerment, and creating a safer community together.
