About the Event
This Soundtrack Session is for the men who carry a lot…
but don’t always have a space to put it down.
Join us for an evening dedicated to connection, honesty, and expression as we explore the emotional weight of being a man today — through real conversation and the healing power of music.
This is not therapy, but it is therapeutic.
A space built for men to breathe, reflect, create, and connect with other men who understand what it means to show up for everyone else while trying to hold yourself together at the same time.
If you’ve been juggling pressure, responsibilities, identity, fatherhood, work, relationships, expectations, or just everyday stress… this night is for you.
What to Expect
💬 Real Conversation
We’ll talk openly about the weight men carry — emotionally, mentally, and silently.
No judgment. No pressure. Just presence and honesty.
🎧 Music & Creative Expression
We’ll take those conversations into the studio and use music to express what words can’t always capture. Whether it’s writing, producing, recording, or just listening — you’ll be part of creating a moment and a sound connected to your story.
🤝 Brotherhood & Connection
You’ll meet other men who get it.
Men who are navigating the same challenges, the same pressures, the same desire to grow and be better. This is a safe space to be real, supported, and seen.
🍻 Good Vibes
Light food, snacks, and drinks provided.
Come as you are — tired, motivated, overwhelmed, or trying your best.
This is a room where all versions of you are welcome.

Soundtrack Sessions were created to give men a space to:

- talk through what they usually hold inside
- connect with other men who understand
- use creativity and sound to express themselves
- leave lighter than they came

6:00–6:30 PM — Arrival, food, drinks & connection
6:30–7:00 PM — Group discussion: “The Weight We Carry”
7:00–8:00 PM — Creative breakouts (writing, recording, producing)
8:00–8:30 PM — Playback, reflection & closing
