This ceremony is a great option for those looking for alternative celebrations on this Thanksgiving holiday! We'll be flipping this script on the themes commonly associated with this day with more aligned interpretations (gratitude, abundance, giving, and receiving).
This is an active practice, that balances Meditation and Sound Medicine, with engaging dharma prompts and introspective journaling. We will maintain a relatable and accessible approach to this often daunting scope of subject, relevant to everyone.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Beginners and newbies are welcome and encouraged--sound bath is a very gentle way to introduce yourself to mindfulness.
What to Bring
Please be cozy! Comfortable, loose, clothes that allow you to breath deeply and won't distract you are best. PJ's are welcome!
A journal and pen
Any pillows, plankets, or additional yoga mats that will make you comfortable.
