Please bring yoga mat and water, warm socks, a blanket as it can get cold when laying down and pillow and please dress comfortably.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sound waves of gongs played by Joanna Gongfree in a high Vibrational Crystals Healing environment . This is a more intimate setting in the beautiful Crystal Shop.

1 hour gong bath of pure sound healing with an amazing array of gongs and other instruments all in one session as you relax on the floor laying down.

Sound therapy asks us to honor our personal limits, to check in with our needs, and to remember that deep healing flourishes when we respect ourselves and the sacredness of the process.
When we set conscious boundaries and reinforce our sense of self-worth, we create an energetic container that supports us on our journey, allowing us to explore new dimensions while staying grounded in our truth.
As we elevate our energies to another plane and re-emerge as the best of ourselves revitalised and ready to face all the dark corners of our psyche that hinders us down as we celebrate the end of the winter. The feeling of calm and nothingness, self healing and bliss.
On occasions the mind can wonder into suppressed emotions which we encourage you to accept as a part of the process. You will feel in most cases calm, regenerated, re-centered, sometimes ecstatic for some days after the session. We recommend drinking plenty of water and not to have any urgent immediate chores before or after.We use those corners into manifestation fuel.Forsaking freely and powerfully any negative behaviours that might surround us giving us more empowerment and momentum.Shutting down the noise of fleeting negative noise and elevating to another plane.

Joanna is an established Sound Therapist and Journey Woman Teacher as well as the co-creator of Lake of Frequency and she has been facilitating teaching and events in line with her elders Don Conreaux as well as his daughter Yaelle Eloul Shaphir Lac continioung the legacy. She has been creating events combining dance, singing, as well as other arts.
