Join Sarah and Nicola at Seven Lion Yard in Clapham for an immersive and transformative afternoon of conscious connected breathwork and sound healing.

As the year draws to a close, this is your chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
What to expect:
- Grounding (10 minutes)
- Visualisation meditation (10 minutes)
- A guided conscious connected breathwork journey (50 minutes)
- Sound bath journey - crystal bowls, gong, chimes & drums (30 minutes)
- Visualisation meditation (10 minutes)
- Snacks, oracle cards & chat (10 mins)
