About the Session
This one-hour Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, restorative experience designed to support the well-being of the mind, body, and spirit. The session begins with a gentle guided meditation to help quiet the mind and set an intention, followed by sustained periods of sound immersion. Essential oils are thoughtfully incorporated to enhance relaxation, while quartz sound bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and other therapeutic sound tools create soothing vibrations that encourage deep rest, energetic balance, and inner harmony. Participants are invited to simply rest, receive, and restore.
