Yes to Holistic Health will be a partner vendor at the FAHASS Community Connections Expo, offering a welcoming, hands-on wellness experience for attendees throughout the day.
As part of this community event, visitors can stop by the Yes to Holistic Health table for 20-minute self-care sessions featuring guided self-reflexology for energy and calm. These sessions teach simple techniques using gentle pressure on the hands to help regulate stress, support circulation, and restore balance. Each participant receives a free take-home guide to continue the practice after the expo.
Additional practitioners from the Yes to Holistic Health collaborative practice are expected to be present at the expo as well, including health coaching, acupuncture, naturopathic care, and IV infusion support. Together, we offer a connected, whole-person approach to wellness that helps attendees learn about available resources and explore next steps at their own pace.
This offering is designed to be accessible, practical, and welcoming for individuals, families, caregivers, and anyone curious about holistic health support in the Fredericksburg community.
