Give yourself a moment to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
This sound bath experience is designed to help you relax the body, calm the mind, and restore your energy through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.
During the session, you’ll be able to lie down, close your eyes, and allow the sound to guide you into a deep state of rest and balance. No prior experience is required — simply come with an open mind and a willingness to relax.

👕 We recommend wearing comfortable clothing.

About the Facilitator
Stephalie Canto is a sound healing facilitator who creates restorative experiences designed to help people slow down and reconnect with themselves.
Known for her warm and welcoming presence, she guides sound sessions that support deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Everything Stephalie shares is rooted in practices that have supported her own personal journey. Over the years, she has traveled through different countries exploring various ways of holding intentional spaces and learning alternative modalities that help calm the mind and restore balance.
Stephalie has facilitated sound experiences in a wide range of environments and communities, including detention centers, funeral homes, schools with students from kindergarten through ninth grade, as well as celebrations such as weddings, bachelorette parties, and birthdays.
Her sessions combine sound, presence, and intention to help the nervous system relax and invite the body into a deep state of rest.
Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to offer a moment of pause, connection, and renewal.
