This beautiful space, nestled in the forest is a safe and nourishing place for you to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Sound Baths are immersive musical meditations and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul.Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.

This event will be held indoors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I lock the front door before I start so there will be no late entry.
New Comfort Option:
* comfy mattresses are provided (not quite full body length so bring a yoga mat for underneath if you wish)
Things to Bring:
* pillow and blanket
* warm clothes & more blankets for colder weather
* eye pillow if you have one
* water bottle

* this event will be held outdoors in good weather & indoors in bad weather
