Find harmony, balance and deep relaxation through the power of sound healing at 1 Hotel Mayfair this March. As we move through the Spring Equinox, we bring our attention to growth - awakening new intentions with momentum and possibility. Stephanie Waxberg is a certified sound healer, accredited by the CMA, who focuses on balancing, grounding and reconnecting to your intuition. This restorative practice supports wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level.
During this immersive experience, you will be invited to lie down on a comfortable mat, with a pillow, blanket and eye mask, and the session begins with intention setting, meditation and a palo santo cleanse. Then the vibrational frequency of handmade pure quartz Crystal Tones alchemy bowls will help you to attain a deep meditative state of consciousness through the power of sound healing. Stephanie uses a variety of instruments including tuning forks and Koshi chimes, and the session concludes with a grounding practice.
Guests will have the opportunity to talk with Stephanie and ask any questions after the session, and leave with a take home gift to incorporate into their wellness routine.
This event is open to all and no prior experience of sound healing is required. Please wear comfortable clothing, and arrive 5 minutes before the start time. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided.
