We’ll begin with guided vocal toning and humming—simple, accessible techniques that activate your body’s natural ability to self-heal and calm the nervous system. No singing experience needed!

Then settle in and let yourself be bathed in the soothing vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls. The sound bath will help release tension, clear energy, and leave you feeling grounded, peaceful, and restored.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else you need to get comfy. Dress cozy. All levels welcome.
