About this Event

Sound Bath: Reset Nervous System into Calm & Clarity

Step into a deeply immersive sound experience where the pure tones of crystal singing bowls and soft chimes wash over you, guiding your body out of stress and into stillness. As your mind quiets, your nervous system begins to reset—helping you release tension, slow down, and return to a grounded, clear state.

Why It Works
Sound travels through the body as vibration, helping to shift your brainwaves from an active, thinking state into a slower, more restorative rhythm. In this state, your body can access deeper relaxation, regulate more efficiently, and experience a level of rest that is often difficult to reach in everyday life.

Benefits

In a single 45-minute session, most participants notice a measurable sense of relaxation, with reduced mental tension and a quieter, less reactive mind. You may also feel physically more at ease—such as slower breathing, reduced muscle tightness, and a general sense of calm that can carry through the rest of your day or evening.

What’s Included

Your experience includes a guided meditation and gentle breathwork to help you settle in, followed by an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes. One blanket is provided for your comfort throughout the session.

What to Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat, as mats are not included but are available for rent at the studio ($5 per mat). Wear comfortable, warm clothing as your body temperature may drop during relaxation. You are also welcome to bring an eye mask or any additional support items to make your experience more comfortable.

Notes

It is completely normal to drift into sleep or even snore during the session, as this is a sign that your body has entered a deeply relaxed state. No prior experience is needed, and all are welcome.
