** This event is open for female participants only. **The sound bath is an experience where there is nothing you need to do. You simply lie down on a mat, cover yourself with a blanket, and allow the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, rattles, and other special instruments to work on you.
The gentle sounds naturally support the body and nervous system by:
• slowing down the breath
• releasing muscle tension
• helping you arrive fully in the present moment
• allowing suppressed emotions to soften and release
• creating a state of awareness similar to meditation
• after a sound bath, many people feel refreshed, energised, and more creative
What you can expect if you join us
• 60 minutes of guided sound journey with a variety of instruments
• a welcoming and accepting community
• deep relaxation that calms not only the body, but also the mind
Practical information
• wear comfortable clothing, limited changing facilities will be available
• please bring a yoga mat or blanket, as well as a small pillow, so you can rest in full comfort
• no previous experience with sound baths is required
