About this Event
This immersive sound bath combines crystal singing bowls, gentle instrumentation, and guided breath and body awareness to support your nervous system in shifting out of stress and into regulation.
As the body settles into stillness, the mind naturally softens. Many participants experience a sense of spaciousness, emotional release, or deep restorative calm — similar to the moments just before sleep, while remaining aware.
No experience with meditation is needed. Your only role is to lie down, get comfortable, and receive.

Jeroen is the founder of ēchos althéa™, a wellness space devoted to nervous system regulation through sound, rest practices, and embodied awareness.
