Sound Bath & Gong Sound Journey
Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound experience designed to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance.
Join Jackie & Leo Velho for a 1-hour guided sound journey using gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and live acoustic elements to help you unwind and reconnect.
Friday's and Saturday's | 20pm – 21pm ( Summer hours ☀️)

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves from instruments known for their calming and restorative vibrations.
No experience needed, simply lie down, relax, and let the sound guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

Times:
Arrive 10 to 15 min before the session which gives you the chance to settle in and get yourself comfortable. The session will start on time. No Late Comers. Once the doors have closed we will not stop the session to let you in.
We provide all props:
Restorative Yoga Mat
Blankets
Eye pillow
Bolsters
What to bring:
- Small pillow/cushion
- Extra blankets for extra warmth
- Warm socks
- Water for hydration
IMPORTAN:
Not recommended for those in their first trimester due to the delicate nature of this stage in pregnancy. May not be suitable for those with epilepsy, pace markers, metal implants, tinnitus, ear problems, heart conditions or severe mental heath issue. Please seek medical advice prior to booking.

No alcohol ( please do not consume alcohol before the session).
Cancellation policy:
Tickets can not be refunded.
If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstance, you will be issued a full refund.

About Jackie & Leo
Jackie is a trained Gong Practitioner with over 5 years of experience delivering immersive sound baths. Her sessions create a safe, nurturing space for deep relaxation and emotional balance.
She is joined by her son Leo, a musician who adds a unique vocal and acoustic dimension to the experience.

I have been to several of Jackie's Sound Journeys and they are always a wonderful and relaxing hour. Each
'Journey' is slightly different as she uses a variety of instruments including singing bowls, chimes, rainsticks and of course - the Gongs. We lay down in a candlelit room which has plenty of space and is decorated with candles. Herbal and fruit teas are provided and there is no rush for us to leave at the end of the session. Jackie has a beautiful soul and this shines through her sessions.
She has many regular customers and the feeling of collective peace as we listen, is very special.
