We’re continuing the journey of becoming… and going even deeper.
In our last session, we explored control — the ways we hold on, overthink, and try to manage what was never ours to carry. While control can feel like protection, it often keeps us stuck in cycles that feel familiar… but not freeing.
This time, we’re leaning into what’s connected to that — comfort and complacency.
Because sometimes what holds us back isn’t loud or obvious.
Sometimes it feels like ease… like safety… like staying where it’s familiar.
But comfort isn’t always peace.
And complacency isn’t always rest.
Together, we’ll explore where we may be settling, where we’ve outgrown spaces, and what it looks like to move in alignment with who we are becoming — even when it feels uncomfortable.
Through guided reflection, open conversation, and intentional soul work, this session creates space for honesty, release, and realignment.
