Meet your Teacher:
Belinda O’Dea is the Founder of Sacred Women’s Journeys, an experienced Australian Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Women’s Circle Facilitator, and International Women’s Retreat Leader. With 27 years of yoga practice and teaching since 2012, Belinda is dedicated to nurturing women's spiritual growth by reconnecting them to their Feminine Essence. Sacred Women’s Journeys was created to share the transformative practices that have positively impacted her own life.
In addition to teaching yoga, Belinda is also a yoga teacher trainer. She holds extensive certifications in Hatha, Mantra, Tantra, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Her specialties include Restorative Yoga, Mantra Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Sacred Women’s Circles, all of which emphasise stillness and encourage deep connection to rest, healing, and insight.
Currently training as a psychotherapist, Belinda integrates ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques in her approach. By joining Sacred Women’s Journeys, you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your Divine Feminine Essence and embark on a path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, guided by Belinda's gentle wisdom and loving nature.
