Meet the Artists below
AURORAH
Toronto-born of Greek decent, this award-winning composer and vocalist is a classically trained pianist having performed on every kind of stage both solo, collaboratively, and compositionally throughout her lifetime.
Aurorah weaves seamless sonic tapestries with threads of classical keys, powerful or ethereal vocals, live synthesizer & percussion layers, and electronic production: each piece a unique sonic work of art ranging genres of house to drum n bass, to trip-hop, melodic house, tribal house, dub step, bass house and down-tempo grooves.
Not only a musician, Aurorah has extensive experience in the arts of dance/choreography, ancient Greek/abstract chorus work, installation/performance art, stage/set design, and sketch art/photography, which add to the multitude of artistic avenues she enjoys and collaborates on.
With original music, reimagined covers, and interdisciplinary collaborations she delves into the depths of human vulnerability cradling and inspiring strength, to provide deep and tangibly moving performances. A truly renaissance woman, Aurorah is a powerhouse of artistic intuitiveness who aims to reach her audiences at their core to awaken and reignite the light within.

Toronto-born tenor, ELIAS THEOCHARIDIS is known for his powerful stage presence, alluring tone, and emotional singing. He grew up in an artistic Mediterranean family, coming from a long line of Broadway performers, classically trained pianists, actors, folk singers, models, Djs and dancers.
Elias is a contributing writer in Giovanni Caccamo’s Manifesto for Change: Youth and Future, to be published in March 2025. In the 2024/25 season, he joins The Rebanks Family Fellowship Residency Program at The Royal Conservatory’s Glenn Gould School. He is the recipient of the Metropolitan Opera Award in the Buffalo/Toronto District (2025) and the Western Canada District (2024), where he also won the Audience Choice Prize.
A recent graduate of the Calgary Opera McPhee Development Program, he was seen in prominent roles in operas by composers Wagner, Berlioz, & Verdi.
Elias is overjoyed to be joining his cousin Aurorah – one of his first teachers and influencers - in this instalment of Soul Work where he will venture into the worlds of avant-garde vocals over badass beats.
