About this Event
In this intimate retreat workshop, Flutra will share her personal resilience journey of healing through the ancient power of plants and herbs and guide you in aligning your seven energy centers — the chakras — through the practice of sacred embodiment with mudras (hand gestures) and affirmation, sound vibration, asanas (yogic postures), and intuitive free movement and we’ll explore how to come home to ourselves to feel your soul and listen to our body.
In Vedic healing practices yogis have worked with the chakra system for thousands of years, because in Ayurvedic medicine, illness is seen as an energy blockage anchored in one or more chakras. You will also learn about different states of the Nervous System and how to regulate them by somatic movement and drop toward the body's sensations.
This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and awaken your inner healer.
Through different instruments music will be played by Shady to awaken your inner wisdom and body movement and feel your soul.
What is New this Time? The Soul Movement Retreat will be followed by other 7 workshops working deeper in each chakra followed by two other amazing facilitators and owners of Psychic Yoga Studio, France Dagenais Shamanic Healer and Sound bath Practitioner and George Sabbagh Reiki and Zen Meditation Practitioner.
