💙 WHAT IS SONIC SANCTUARY?
A 3-month community wellness programme providing professional sound therapy to vulnerable individuals and families. Through scientifically-backed sound healing techniques, we support emotional regulation, reduce chronic stress, and promote mental well-being.
For just $10, you receive 12 professional group sound therapy sessions (worth over $468) guided by certified practitioners from Singapore's first internationally-accredited sound therapy studio.

🎵 YOUR 3-MONTH HEALING JOURNEY
Each participant completes a structured 3-month cycle with rotating monthly themes designed to address your most pressing wellness needs.
🌟 MONTH 1: STRESS DISSOLUTION & NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
Learn to identify and release chronic stress patterns affecting your daily life.
What you'll experience:
• Understanding your body's stress response
• Regulating your nervous system through sound frequencies
• Building resilience against daily pressures
Take-Home Practice: Create a personalized calming anchor to use anytime
🌟 MONTH 2: ANXIETY RELEASE & EMOTIONAL GROUNDING
Develop practical tools to manage anxiety and restore emotional balance.
What you'll experience:

Take-Home Practice: Learn techniques you can apply instantly when anxiety strikes
