Sonic Alchemy is a guided sound and song-making experience designed to help participants explore emotion, creativity, and presence through music as expression — not performance.

Hosted at Meraki Spaces, this workshop blends intuitive music-making, group sound exploration, and gentle creative structure to support emotional release, focus, and connection. No musical background is required.

Using a mix of digital tools (GarageBand, loops, effects) and acoustic instruments, participants are invited to listen, play, experiment, and create freely in a safe, supportive environment.

This is not about writing the “perfect song.”
It’s about letting sound move through you.

No prior musical experience needed.
