Somatic Stress Relief
Experience a gentle, grounding practice designed to reconnect you with your body’s natural wisdom. Somatic work uses slow, mindful movement, conscious breath, and nervous-system soothing techniques to help release tension, reset stress patterns, and restore ease throughout the body.
This practice invites you to move with awareness rather than effort, allowing the body to unwind, the mind to settle, and the breath to deepen. Through guided exploration, you’ll learn to sense where you’re holding stress, soften habitual patterns, and cultivate presence from the inside out.
Suitable for all bodies and all levels, this somatic practice creates a therapeutic space for healing, self-regulation, and genuine rest. We will end with Yoga Nidra, Sleep Yoga and a sound bath. Food and drink will be provided.
