Our wellbeing is impacted by accumulated stress. Stress impacts our relationship and connection with ourselves and others. It interrupts our creative flow, our joy, our peace, and sense of freedom. When left unattended, it creates tension and a state of constant alertness. Time for some Tender Loving Care for ourselves and our nervous system.
In a gente community of women, we gather to hold space for the release. Together, we create a safe space for our sisters to let go, to shed, to cry, to scream, to flow again. We show up for each other to hold space for the emotions that arise. To get there we honor eachother, we allow space, and we breathe collectively so that healing can begin. This is a time for the flowing of emotions. Shares are not required but holding space for the emotions of others is needed to create a beautifully honoring Sacred Space for all.
Reiki Master, Shaman, and Meditation Instructor Rebecca Crystal guides you through a self-connecting gentle somatic release experience with reiki energy healing and intuitive messages. Each workshop we will explore various somatic release and stress-relief techniques.

IMPORTANT: This meeting is a sacred space for vulnerable shares. Because of this we practice a “closed container” and will be closing the circle promptly at the start of the meeting. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early, if possible, and please wait in the kitchen area until your host admits attendees to the sacred space. If you are arriving late to the meeting, please know that the doors to the space will be closed at the start and unfortunately we will not be able to open them until our ceremony is over. Meaning if you arrive late, we will already have begun and our container for the meeting will be closed to honor the sacredness of the circle and the shares. If this occurs for you, please know that refunds and credits are not available for this event, but please still contact your host either way to let her know what has occurred. She will reach out the day following the event. Thank you so much.

Meet Rebecca: Rebecca has been serving her community as a Shaman and Reiki Master for over ten years providing integrative holistic energy healing to assist with increasing personal empowerment, joy, peace, and freedom through chakra cleanse and balancing, reiki, angelic healing, shamanic divination, shamanic journeys, shamanic soul retrievals, energetic cord cutting, psychological acupressure (EFT), quantum visualization, emotional stress release, channeled intuitive messages, readings, breathwork, Tai Chi, and guided meditation. She has formally trained in multiple energy healing modalities and holds the designations of Shaman (trained in four paths of Shamanism), Reiki Master, Angelic Therapy Master, Energy Kinesiologist, Emotional Stress Release Master, EFT Practitioner, Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor, Mindfulness Instructor, Tai Chi Instructor.
