What you will learn:
The Science of Pandiculation: Discover why stretching can often trigger the "stretch reflex" (tightening the muscle further) and how the technique of pandiculation safely resets the nervous systems control over muscle length.
Sensor Awareness (Soma Scan): Develop the internal "map" of your body to identify hidden tension patterns in the spine, hips, and shoulders.
Practical tools for daily life: Master a short sequence of floor based movements you can use at home to maintain a tension-free body.
