About this Event
Welcome to our first movement session of the year which co-incides with the timings of the Spring Equinox!
The Spring Equinox signifies new beginnings, as the days get longer and nature wakes up from winter. This is a powerful time for letting go of old, stangnant energy, and planting new seeds to align with our authentic dreams and goals.
Join us for a magical and heart-centred evening, informed by the timing of the spring equinox. Come and experience your authenticity and aliveness through a guided movement, conscious dance and meditation experience.
This event is all about celebrating life, moving through our limitations and inviting expanded possibilities for the future. In the process we find a state of deeper balance and harmony within ourselves.
What you can expect:
6:45pm start- please give yourself plenty of time to arrive.
60-75 min guided movement and meditation session, followed by refreshments and an informal chance to connect with other participants.
We will flow with what feels right on the day, but overall you can expect some guided movement, some free dancing and some relaxation/meditation/reflective activities towards the end.
This will be followed by wholesome, delicious refreshments and an informal chance to connect with other participants.
No experience needed – just bring your willingness, curiosity and comfy clothes to move in.

This event is by donation. It is hosted by The Hillery Family Foundation, which offers wellbeing support groups and activities, with the aim of providing all people with a foundation of good health-especially as it relates to emotional and mental wellbeing.
